Interval on the aqt center TM before work. My leg is feeling much better. I should be able to start building my mileage again.
I'm still eating healthy and have now dropped 21 pounds. Feels great!

Flat, About 5 weeks. I know that's pretty fast but I feel good. I eat a ton of food every day but now instead of junk, its fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans etc.
After a huge drop the first couple of weeks it's currently dropping at a rate of about one pound per week. I now weigh 186 lbs. It'll be interesting to see when it finally stops. I'm hoping to eventually be as slim as you and some of these other people around here.
