Nice easy 3 miler tonight at the aqt center.

Today I sat down and made a workout chart to follow to get me ready for Moab in 6weeks. I need the focus of having a chart to mark off every day.

20 min stationary bike. Lifted weights.

This morning I was very irritated at my teenage son over some issues I won't get in to here. So I cranked up the resistance on the bike and pounded out a hard 20 minutes and then lifted weights. It didn't make the problem go away but it sure makes me feel better.

The gym was PACKED FULL as it has been the last month and a half. I wish the new year reslolutionists  would give up. (at least a few of them).

Nice TM run. I had only planned on doing 10 but felt so good I decided to tack another one on for good measure.

Went for a walk around the neighborhood by the gym afterwards. The cold night air and the walk was a great cool down. It felt really good. I need to do that more often.

Ran with Rich early in the morning. It was VERY cold! No wind though and an incredibly beautiful sunrise. We talked about all of the usual stuff: family, church, job etc.

40 min cross training. 

The gym was very crowded...again. That's starting to get a little old. I don't mind having a lot of people around but I'm not used to having to wait to us the equipment. I'm thinking strongly about switching over to "anytime fitness". The 24 hour access sounds very nice. The price is what makes me a little nervous.
