I did a kind of aerobic circuit today. I did 20 min on the bike then 10 min on the elliptical and then 10 min on the rower and then 20 min on the bike. It felt great.
Finally got to run after a week of being VERY sick. I'm not quite better but felt good enough to run today. Time off like that really helps me to remember why I love to run and what an important part of my life it is.
