50 min of cross training (bike and rower) plus weights.

The gym was PACKED FULL as it has been the last month and a half. I wish the new year reslolutionists  would give up. (at least a few of them).

That is so true about the New Years Resolution people. Every year Jan and Feb are packed and then it goes back to normal. I'm already seeing a decline in people at my gym. Nice X training.
