Cross Training today. 15 Minutes on the bike and then 15 minutes on the CII rower. Pushed myself very hard today especially on the rower. Still feeling a mild endorphin high an hour later as I type this.

My laziness following Painters is now officially over! I am going to run the Champoeg 10k in March and set a PR and then the Helvetia Half in June where I am going to go sub 2 on a very hilly course. I am going to train following the FIRST principles and for the first time ever my eating is going to be just as good as my training!

Great plan. The discipline of eating well is always the hardest part.

Sounds like a GREAT plan! SO HAPPY for you! I used the FIRST schedule training for SGM'09. It's a sound program. ENJOY!
