I went old school today; Timbers, Dog Park, HP.
Chickfila and then Mill Plain to Safeway and back via MVHS and Big Als.
AM: 6.7 miles. Feel blah after a late night dinner program at El Gaucho.
PM: 5.3 miles to Union HS and back. Nearly 70 degrees!
MVHS and Target North, then HP and around Big Al's.
Tinbers and Union HS.
Dog Park, north of Timbers and then Union HS. Had planned on running 30 but my watch died, so I'll run more later.
3 hours later, ran an additional 10 miles. Wells loop, around Union HS and then 1 mile on the track at Shahala MS in 5:16, then 1 mile easy home.
