Super cold and windy (30+ mph). So sick of winter.
Similar run to yesterday, in reverse. Super windy and cold still. Just a couple more days...
Treadmill at the rec center (1st time) because of freezing rain.
Blah.
I guess the small victory is I wanted to stop at 1, talked myself into 3, then 6, and finally managed 8.
