HP, then north of Evergreen HS and then Safeway on Mill Plain. 11 easy miles, then a 5 mile tempo (5:55, 5:44, 5:30, 5:35, 5:25) and half mile easy to finish off the run.

Vancouver across the Columbia right? I used to live, work and run right in that same area. Worked security at the HP facility:) There is a road down next to the Columbia which is beautiful to run on also..

Steve; yep, Vancouver. I live about 1 mile from HP. Been here 2.5 years and like it pretty well. Winters are mild and if you have rain gear, running in this area can't be beat.
