5 miles to 164th and 192nd. Right hamstring is tight. The final 2 months of 2019 have been rough. Ever since the race, I just haven't felt right. Something always seems to be tight and running isn't as smooth/easy as it has always been.

Ultras aren't easy. Your body learns to adjust, though, just like marathons- you're less sore aftewards when you've done more of them.
