30 min running -4 miles.
Fatigue. Watch me bomb the RHPC tomorrow. I bet I will. I have no energy this week.

I'll bet your lack of energy has to do with your diet. I saw yesterday that you've lost a bunch of weight. Carb up today and I'll bet you'll be surprised tomorrow :)

I've been doing the cut diet, my muscles looks awesome, and I've trimmed off excess fat, but it's leaving me high and dry for energy. Oh dear. I'm already carbing up right now! :)

So what's my problem? I've been eating carbs and protein, but still have no energy. maybe it's because I'm lazy bones lately.....Oh, and I've lost 9 lbs in the last 3 weeks.
