Weights to work my back (lats) today. At the end of the sets were some sets of plyo's that kicked me around like a little girl. So hard! Then I ran 8 miles because this week is Thanksgiving. I haven't run that much or long in a few weeks. I plan to do it everyday this week. Cardio load instead of carbo load. The day of bing eating is coming...only not for me. For everyone else. I swear I am going to be good that day.
