sprint on offs. with a 10 minute warm up. Sprinting was only for like 20 minutes on and off :)

Hi Lily,

I saw your entry over on Steam's blog. This is my first time to visit your blog :-) Looks like you're a very good runner and I really like your attitude!!! I see you qualified for Boston on your first marathon...WOW! I was planning to do that but then got injured, didn't run for 2 months, and then tried running injured and missed it by a couple of minutes. Next time!!!

IJR thank you! I have worked hard to get my speed where it is at. I never did register for Boston for this coming spring, but I am planning to run it in 2013. Keep working at qualifying, you can do it! :)
