Speed workout inside hitting a 6 min, pace. Lot's of sweat involved. 10 miles running. 2 miles cool down brisk walking at the end talking to Julie. Should I count the 2 mile brisk walking?  I don't know...

I would count the 2 miles of brisk walking....or would I? Hmmmmm. I count all the walking I do during my runs, but I've never walked after, so I'm not sure.

Don't count it.... it's cheating. It's "The Fast Running Blog", not the "Brisk Walking Blog". Go eat some donuts and think about it :)

Well if I counted it then it would be 12. I am sure feeling it in my thighs right now. OWWWWWWWIE!

I won't count it, I like to round down rather than up. That way I am doing more than other peeps realize and then when it's race day I do the sur-prizebustamoverunfastermoreendureancethanyou.

good job, lily!

never mess with a brisk walker (especially one that can run 10 miles beforehand)
