Ran 7.25 in my brooks Launch. Love that shoe. 30 minutes of elliptical. Some weights and worked core. Off to Utah's dixie to visit family and run/hike in Snow canyon. Perhaps some fun in Mesquite while I'm there. Have a good weekend friends!
