Lower body squats and lunges. My hammy's and quads really hurt now. But it's a good hurt.
Ran for like 3 miles before I did some brisk walking on an incline for 2 more miles. Nothing special.

Oh my that is so true, a few weeks ago after my total body fitness class I ran, but it was SO hard!! Way to go!!!!
