It's my booty I can cry if I want to, cry if I want to, cry if I want to!

My arse hurts. Just like this last spring. I need this marathon to be over with, and I need the weather to cooperate that day and not rain. Come on!

I didn't run today. I am trying the every other day program so I don't end up injured during this last week, because like I said, my buttocks hurts.

1. hr and some change on the elliptical hell. But not before a load of weights. I'm ripped right now :) 8-10 miles tomorra mornin'.

Oh I hope that buttocks heals up quickly! As you know at this point there is very little more that you can do to prepare yourself for a faster time but a ton you can do to hurt it! So smart to take days off like you are doing.

I think it's this stupid taper!!! Pain and anxiety are all apart of dealing with the taper. At least I'm hoping so.

I agree with Rachel. I hurt everywhere, but you are one smart cookie for cross training.

I want to do 8-10 miles tomorrow too but was hoping to wait until around 6:30 so it isn't so cold and so dark. I think Sue is interested too, so let me know if you want to run with me and my slow pokyness. :)

I always get little "injuries" during taper. I think we psych ourselves out for the impending event! Get that butt feeling better!! I love feeling ripped!!!
