I decided to do cardio first thing today. I haven't done that in awhile.

5.2 miles of on/off sprinting. This is really hard. I am hitting 5 min miles on the the sprinting, and it takes everything you have to give to do it.

Biceps and triceps resistance trainingfor 45 minutes. Some core as well.

i have zero energy to do what you have been doing!!! you are my heroine!! i am thinking that tying a rope around you at our next 5k together would hopefully get me a pr. This rope will be about a half mile long and i will be in the back of course!! freak me out...five minute miles?????? way to go.

okay i thought about this today on the tm....you jump right into the sprints, no warm up at all? I thought about this as I warmed up for 6 miles. There was no way I could even do six pace from the get go!! hey, we need a new photo of your SPECTACULAR transformation! :D .

How long are your intervals at that screaming fast pace? I bet you are a blur.

From Lily on Fri, Dec 02, 2011 at 17:16:08 from 67.199.178.210

Kam I only hold them for 1 minute. Then one minute recovery before I sprint again. Rough stuff.
