Ya, another 5k in a week. I'm dreading it. I have no running confidence right now. It's gotten into my head. Makes me sad :(

Scott yeah it was hell. Good thing I have my trusty ipod to get me through. Mine doesn't have mystical powers to play songs that mime the times though. Where did you pick that thing up? (ie your song cue this morning).

It was soooo weird because I have had 3-4 friends post that song on FB this week and I don't think it has come up on my shuffle in months.
My session ended with "Take the Skinheads Bowling" from Camper Van Beethoven (a great song). Not sure what that means.
