50 min arc trainer and 40 minutes elliptical. I've been working my core at home these days along with a lot of stretching for my issues. I think I am going to very reluctantly register for 2 run13 5k's on May 7th, and on May 28th. Last year I was 4th female on the first one, and the open female winner of the 2nd one. This year I had goals to be the open winner on both. I may not be able to run right now, but those will still be my goals. I know I have the drive and the determination to do it. And as a side note, I think it's pretty cool that I can race all distances and do very well. I don't shine in just one distance and I feel really proud of that. I have sorta conquered them all :)
