45 minutes weight lifting, then Julie and I went to spin. Holy sweaty betty! We both walked out of there dripping like we just took a shower. Gross! Noted: I was limping around this morning when I got to the gym, then after spin, my butt and back felt better and the limp was gone. What is up with that? Side note: If you have never tried spinning, you are missing one of the best and hardest workouts out there. Love it.
