45 minutes weight lifting, then Julie and I went to spin. Holy sweaty betty! We both walked out of there dripping like we just took a shower. Gross! 

Noted: I was limping around this morning when I got to the gym, then after spin, my butt and back felt better and the limp was gone. What is up with that?

Side note: If you have never tried spinning, you are missing one of the best and hardest workouts out there. Love it.

Spinning really is my favorite x-training and you do leave drenched like nobody's business!! That is one of the reasons I love it, I also am fully convinced it helped cure me of my ITBS - maybe the leaning forward helped open your SI and give you some relief? Who knows, just glad it felt better and you felt like you had a GREAT workout!! Oh, and you'll find you'll quickly become like Jun's wife and do classes back to back - after you get your bike butt, it takes a week or two of consistent biking to get it.
