33 minutes of stair master. Totally kicked my trash. But you know me, I didn't just give up and go home. 1 hr elliptical hell for real.

33 min of stair master would be enough for me. It doesn't seem like you have lost any of your fitness. Have a great weekend!

Don't give up! All that hard work will pay off when you start running again and haven't lost much fitness! Hope you get some answers soon. I couldn't find it specifically in your blog--where are you hurting and how did it start?

April I started hurting in my lower back, then it radiated down into my glute (pirformis I believe) and my upper thigh a tiny bit. It feels much better now, however it hurts when I try to run. It started around Jan 7, I am not sure if I hurt it overtraining or working my lats on the weight floor. Probably a combination of both.
I went to PT and they said I had a rotated Si joint and it's been pushed back into place 4 times now. I hope whatever it is will resolve soon.
