25 min elliptical, weights, worked core. River trail loop twice=7 miles. A bug flew up my nose, there were a lot of people on the trail today. Bonnie sent me a 10k training plan last night, today called for a 30-60 easy run. 8:20 pace. I tried to keep it easy, but that pace felt a little to easy, I kept it more at an 8:07 and that felt easy but better. I'm excited to train for the 10k these next few weeks.
