17 mile morning. 10 w/ Merri and Sue. Love running with those girls.

Then 7 more alone. Another interesting run. I thought Sue said a spider was above me at a stop, and I had itchies for awhile after that. Then a truck tried to run me down on 100 south. That was weird.

The last 7 miles I ran alone I just wanted to go home and lay down and go back to sleep. I was going to do 18 but 17 was enough for me today.

but you did it : D. YES. I have 5 bugs on my counter glued to a piece of paper for my daughter's 5th grade collection. One is a spider. Glad they are all dead. Creepy little things. Now I am itching.
