1 hr 35 minutes on the elliptical with Julie and Kira. Julie got the really tight elliptical and she said she felt like her legs were quivering when she was done. Poor quivering Julie ;) At home I lifted my free weights and worked my core. My injury seems to be feeling somewhat better. I hope it's a trend that continues. I can't wait for the first time I can run again. At times I can't believe how much I miss it. Bought some new Nike free's.They feel good and I can't wait to be able to run in them
