Ran 9 miles in way thick fog. I felt like my pace was slow because of the fact that I couldn't see, and that I had 5 pounds of clothes on. I still froze! Not the most fun run today. Okay, it sucked!

Pubic symphysis bothered me a little today. I guess I don't understand the cause of it.

Your fog came to Texas this morning (Tuesday). I couldn't see more than 30 yards on the track. Maybe that's why I ran slow :-( Hope your PS is better today!
