woke up at 4:20, went to the gym for a 20 min elliptical hell wake up! 

10 miles with Rachelle, Sue and Merri. Great run. Great girls! Really picked up my pace the last 3 miles. 

St. Geezy is coming up. Oh so excited to kick some butt!

So glad you are bloggin' again! :) This makes me extremely happy. Even if I feel like a lazy couch potato in comparison to you and your work outs!

Also SO happy you decided to change your mind about SGM. I think it's fate. I think you are meant to run this race, and dominate it. I really do, plus family friends and fun... Thats a triple whammy! Can't go wrong there! :)
