Weights, Elliptical for 45 min, 8.6 outside running Merri's 5 mile square route, and some River trail. I'm surprised I had anything in my legs after yesterday. But I did :)
I always do a cool down walk after runs. I just never write about it.

I am starting to think you only run like 2 miles and then you drive the rest in your car! KIDDING!!! You are so dang speedy. How you pulled that off the day after a super fast long run, I just do not know!
