Weights. 36 min elliptical. 7 miles running on the trail. Nothing to exciting. Oh, except  when I was running along and some yorkie was yapping at me so bad. It was 6:35 in the morning, so I yelled SHUT UP. ha! I Had two different spiders drop on me as I ran under trees, I seriously had a conniption fit.

I scared the hell-o out of some lady as I turned a blind corner and she was on the other side sitting & stretching. Listen Lady, you act like I planned that out. Not my problem if you're jumpy. I am wearing headphones anyhow, I can't hear anyone.To funny.

i scared a guy the other day when i ran up behind him in silence and then shoved my plastic guard dog in his face while growling. i have no idea why he freaked out so much.

Nice low 7s run. I agree, really hate it when somebody acts like it's my fault when they get startled because I'm not walking around with a cowbell.
