My muscles are obviously not used to this because they've been a little sore and tight all weekend. Started at a 8:40 pace for the first mile and a half. The next 5 were at an 8:06. So much slower than what I was doing, but I was told to start out slow and work back up slowly. I don't want to re-injure at all. I feel like I could speed up,cardiovascular I could handle it, but my joints and muscles say otherwise. I will keep working and try not to over-do anything. 34 minutes elliptical hell with Roy chatting my ear off. Weights. It's not fast but I can run!!! :)
