Today was a speed work day. 8 miles on the tm -sprint intervals. 7:52 pace to a 6:18 pace. Got to 4 miles in 27:15, 5 miles in 33:07, 8 miles in 53:45. Lily be nimble, Lily be quick, Lily kick booty and run faster than you lick. Durrr I'm silly. I am loving the 10k training schedule Bonnie sent me. I already see and feel improvements in both body and mind. 10k and 5k training is more about speed + some endurance. And that is what I like. So my 3 brothers are running the Spanish Fork Speedy Spaniard this year on July 25th. Well of course I run that race each year. Don't worry, I'll blow all 3 of them out of the water. Even my bro that can sprint super fast. He has no endurance for 6 miles. ha ha. GOING DOWN!!!!!!!!!!! Chicked by yo sister!
