This morning I ran 6 on the dreadmill, speed intervals 7:40 pace to a 6:22 pace. Boy did that feel good! I had a lot of energy this morning. Then I crunched my core and came home and ran 4.5 more on the river trail, and some on the high school track. My outside pace was a consistent 7:25 pace on the roads. On the track I was able to speed up more and was hitting a 6:40 pace. I love running fast!

I am currently getting texts tracking Kara Goucher and Nan Kennard at Boston.

Nice work speedy! I think I crunched my core getting out of bed this morning.

Ha I think I was dreaming about doing crunches last night.

Have the girls finished? what was Nan's time?

From Dorsimus on Mon, Apr 18, 2011 at 13:47:42 from 75.162.131.153

Nan came in 2:38:12. 32 overall, 21 in Female. American Desiree Davila almost pulled of a win for the women, but came in a close second (by two seconds) to Kenyan Caroline Kilels 2:22:36.

Men won with a 2:03:02!! Wow.

I thought about crunching my abs last night (really I did). I even got my ball down and looked at it, but I ended up not working it. I'll probably play on it tonight.

You're fast! Speed work- Thanks for the reminder.
