Ran 8.50 on the tm at the gym,since it as so wet and cold out this morning. Did a tempo run today. First 3 were an avg. start up pace (8:06, 7:50's). Miles 4 to 8.50 were all in 6:52 pace. Felt good. As the next 2-3 months pass I will get my tempo pace faster than that (6:30's & less). It takes time after an injury to get back what you have lost. I have to remind myself that still. I did jump on an elliptical for 17 minutes. I tried to lift weights but people gravitate to me for some reason. Though I love to chit chat, I always have somebody talking to me. I get a little frustrated at times,because I feel like I am not getting as much done as I would like. Oh well.
