Ran 5.60. Mehh, nothing special today. Elliptical hell for 25 minutes. I forgot how much I hate elliptical hell. But I'll always use it as a cross training method, so I betta stop talkin' smack on it!

it really is the worst. Yet it burns so many cals that I can't quite give it up. And good x training like you say.
