Lower body strengthening for an hour. Some core work. Crazy what I am doing each week.
Incline hill work on the dreadmill walking. It is sweaty and hard despite what one might think.

Slow and steep--that's a tough workout. It's frustrating to be working that hard and get so few miles, isn't it?
