It's been exactly 4 weeks to the day since I last ran.
No workout for me today. I am trying to rest my issues. My husband was out of town, so there's no way I would have been able to talk myself into it anyway.

Sometimes forced rest is the best rest. When I injured my achilles in September I was in denial and kept trying to push it. All I did was set myself back further every time. I missed the whole autumn running season. Such a bummer missing those months of perfect running temps and weather:( You'll be better soon!
