Tried running again this morning on the tm for maybe 30 seconds and it just isn't happening. Pain in my asprin. Running please come back to me.

YOU WILL RUN AGAIN! I know it.... because I thought that I wasn't going to run again either after my injury. The docs will find out what is happening and then they will fix it. I am feeling most confident of this :)

I agree with Oreo. I think you should give spinning a try. It would be great cardio, help strengthen your legs, and probably not hurt your bum/back.

I really appreciate all the positive comments. I really do. They do help. This is a daily battle for me, I go through the motions everyday over this.

Oreo I can bike! In fact I can do just about everything but RUN wtf??!?!?!?!?!!? I use to spin a ton, so perhaps I will start again.

Julie I'll be back to the SF gym, Saturday, or 'Saturdee dee dee' as Scott W. would prounounce it. Perhaps I will retire my 2010 Boston Qualifier tech shirt.That would cause confusion for people seeing that on a chic elliptical helling her life away eh

Feel'en for you Lily. Positive vibes your way. I know you have had every suggestion in the book, but here goes anyway. Have you tried ART (active release technique)therapy...has put me and alot of other runners I know back together again in a hurry. It was suggested to me by blogger Aaron Kennard, pretty much saved my season last year...Don't know anyone down your way. There are only a few in the state, but maybe...Get well soon

Toby, I don't know anyone who practices down there. My guy up here has appointments in Park City 2x a week, and I think he said there are a couple in SLC, I'll ask him at my next session.
