Biceps and triceps in the weights today. I ran 5 miles on the dreadmill with a big smile on my face and a happy heart. I really do love to run. I ran a good 13 min warm up. Then I proceeded to turn up the speed to a 6:35 pace and hold it. Then some up-downs up-downs for awhile. 20 min elliptical. I decided I would like to run UVM 1/2 in June. And the lofty goal I have set for myself is to win it for the females. Even if I don't, I like to have a goal each new year. And I like a good challenge. Here's to spring training. I am so excited already.
