8 outside. I felt kind of slow and sluggish. Must have been my two-a-dayer yesterday. (ran the river trail last night). My fastest time this morning was on the high school track. I always stop there on my 2nd loop around to run some fast laps. I am toying with the idea of running the SLC half on Sat. Maybe this is completely dumb of me to try. Maybe I should just do the 5k there. Decisions.... I just don't know how I would do in a half distance right now. I didn't run for 2 months straight, and only started back running about 6 weeks ago. So that's my hold up on a half. In another month I'd be ready. ART therapy today. This means preparing to feel like I was hit by a truck tomorrow. :)
