41 min elliptical hellaciousness. Worked core. Free weights. Drove home and got the garmin on. Then:
Hill repeats. Literally. Ran up a rolling hill and down the other side, turned around at the bottom and back up. Did this about 6 times. Then ran a tempo of sorts for 2 miles until I got to canyon road. Ran up canyon road, (very big long hill) kept a 7:45 pace all the way up. Turned around and came down at a 6:30. Hills hills hills. I've got your hills. I'm thinking about running the Lehi round up 5k this Saturday. Just for racing fitness and fun.
