30 minutes of elliptical hell. 4 miles on the dreadmill, then 3.5 outside on the river trail. It was worm suicide out there this morning. SICK! Going to start running in my axioms everyday and see if my foot pain goes away. If it does, I'll know it was all my other neutral shoes hurting me. I trained in axioms all last spring and summer. Brooks Axioms are for pronators. Went to the Dr yesterday and he thinks it may be a fascia problem. But not plantar, another part of the fascia up close near the big toe. If I do better in my axioms, then I'll know I was misdiagnosed as a neutral shoe wearer. Then somebody at runners corner is in trouble with me! by the way, the river trail has crested its banks under the bridge. Kind of scary! I hope it doesn't flood the whole trail. Then I can't run there for awhile *2 pm miles
