30 min ellitpical and weights at gym. 8 miles running up canyon road and back down.Breathtaking views. Major wind on the uphill forced me slower. After I turned around, I was able to cruise the downhill. I think running up and down hills makes for a stronger/quicker runner. I took a cool down walk around my block. I was a spitting fool. Merri, I spit in front of your house a time or two. Hope you don't mind! ha ha
