2 days now without any exercise. I have some serious doubts that taking time off is going to help my problem get better. I can't explain why, but I have doubts.

I saw you at the gym today lifting. Did you do any cardio? Give it a day or two more and see how it goes.

Thanks Smooth and Bonnie! Bonnie I have your MP3 case and I will take excellent care of it. I am going swimming this week. :) You're the best.
Smooth you are so sweet. Thanks for your support!
Merri I didn't do any cardio. I haven't since Friday. I am trying to 'rest' the problem and see if it improves. I seriously and am willing to rest for the whole month if it is going to make it all better. But I have doubts for some reason. It's like I know deep down inside that there is a bigger problem. I don't know. Ugggh this is so hard!!!!

Seems like a lot of people have some sort of injury right now, including me. It had never hurt while I ran, but it did yesterday and today it's hurting to walk. I'm going to make an appointment with the orthopedic sports doc.
Hang in there!

Dale I agree. Seems like a know of q a few. It's so depressing.
I know I just need to accept it and be happy. I've had to do this a few times with various things in my life, so I know that ability is inside me somewhere.

Hang in there!!
I absolutely **LOVE** listening to music when I swim. Plus, swimming (for me) helps with both the physical and emotional difficulties of being injured. I don't know what it is, but there is something very peaceful about swimming. Just find the right tunes and enjoy the moment and the movement.
SI joints, as you know, can be tricky. I hope that inner feeling you have is more of your deepest worry than reality. I am really really really hoping that your body will respond with less stress to it. Swimming is great because it is zero impact and zero weight bearing.
Note to Lily's body: Please oh please oh please respond and heal!!!!!
