Ran up to Vivian Park with Paul, Nathan, Wayne, Kevin and Larry. Kind of took it easy on the way up, but pushed it a few times on the way down. Got in three miles at sub 7:40 pace (around a half mile at 6:30 pace) trying to catch up with Paul and Nathan.

Ran the temple route with Laureen when I got back home. I was a bit sore starting out, but felt OK by the end. No lingering aches or pains to speak of.
