| Ran up to Vivian Park with Paul, Nathan, Wayne, Kevin and Larry. Kind of took it easy on the way up, but pushed it a few times on the way down. Got in three miles at sub 7:40 pace (around a half mile at 6:30 pace) trying to catch up with Paul and Nathan. Ran the temple route with Laureen when I got back home. I was a bit sore starting out, but felt OK by the end. No lingering aches or pains to speak of. | Add Comment |

Leg 2 of WBR. Average pace was 8:42. Mostly a gradual uphill. Passed close to 20 runners. Got passed about five times. Leg 3. Didn't wear my watch so I don't know my exact pace. Felt pretty good for the final leg. Didn't get passed by anybody and passed 15+ runners. Started to rain hard just after I finished.
