Half mile warm up 6X400 7:30 speed. First time I have done speed work in a long time. It felt good but hard at the same time. The last time I ran injury free, and also my best marathon time was the 08-09 season. Because of that I am looking back at that season and trying to duplicate it. I noticed that I ran very few miles and cross trained a lot. I also ran only one marathon that year which I am going to do again this year. I hope that this will give me an injury free/fast year!!!! Lifted for legs and abs
