Seeking a better country...

On the treadmill, watching old football, while Gabey climbed around on the couches, and tried to knock down the fan.  He's amazing. 

under 10 minute pace, woot woot.  I only ran to get more steps on the fitbit.  It's an entertaining object.

It's cold outside.  It's a bit too warm in my basement.  Law and Order is back on one of the over the air channels.  I'll be watching all winter.  I've probably seen the first half of every episode, but usually I fall asleep during the order part.  Thanks, TM.  Now I'll finally see the endings...

4 after work, just so I could get more steps.  Plus I had an hour to kill before daughter's b-ball game.

treadmill.  Was it four or five?

BST to farmington canyon.  My daughter picked me up four miles from home because I was running late.  Get it?  ha ha ha.  Took a quick shower and went for birthday dinner to....Ramblin Roads.  It's a family dining place in Bountiful.  Very, very, very pleasantly surprised.  I'd eat there every week.  Twas mighty tasty.
