Wanted to do a 9 mile steady state today. Did 2 mile warmup, then got into the steady state. Legs felt like garbage so I called it at 5 miles. Averaged 5:43 for the steady state, so quite a bit slower than I was hoping. Had a pretty tough workout a couple days ago and drove down to St. George from Provo late last night, so overall I'm not stressed about it. Good week coming off of WAC XC championships. Ready to start the outdoor season!
