| Mile time trial. 2 mile warm up, strides, 4x300s afterwards, and a mile cool down to go along with it. I felt pretty flat. Not great, not terrible though. Got to meet a bunch of the immortals that Ultraspire sponsors. They were cool, pretty fun to meet them.

| Pyramid workout on the track today. 4,8,12,16 and back down. Felt flat for pretty much everything after the first 400, which was pretty much the only one I was able to hit my time on. All out on the last 400, and I was able to run better than I though I would so that was good. I don't know what the heck's up with me lately. Wasn't able to get a lot of sleep this week because of a bunch of schoolwork teachers are throwing in at the end of the quarter, so that might be it. Didn't get in a single morning practice in this week because of it, but I'll be able to turn it around next week and hopefully get back to where I should be.

| Woke up late so I wasn't able to make it out to Little Black Mtn with the team, but Josh called me up to see if I'd run yet, and we went out to a trail off of Red Hills Parkway. Ended up getting rained, sleeted, hailed, and snowed on all in one run. Pretty crazy, and cold. A lot of fun though. Thawed out in the hot tub afterwards.
