Cross training! 25.5 mi/70 min on the stationary bike at the wellness center. I watched the NatGeo documentary on the sub 2 marathon attempt. It was pretty sweet! It got me thinking about the limits that we put on ourselves, and about what we can accomplish if we set our minds to it. The guy was 25 seconds off of sub 2, just 1 second per mile! Eliud Kipchoge is my runner of the week!
