i am curious about this newton hills treadmill run. what does it consist of? i have a tradmill hill workout i do occasionally where you run in 10 min. segments, increasing the incline to 6-7% the last two min. of the segment, then increase the speed, lower the incline, and start another 10 min. set. is this the same?? sorry if that was confusing...just curious!
Allie- I found this workout on another blog. Check out my December 27, 2008 log. It explains what to do. It really is a great workout. I hope this helps.
Kelli- you're right. It helps if I have a good movie to watch.
this looks like a great workout! thanks for sharing. much more specific than my "boston simulator" workout. i am going to try this one for sure. best of luck in your training and racing this year.
Sorry Julie about my post yesterday it was made all in fun. By the way this is Michelles brother, it does sound like you are on track to kick some hiney this year!
